Thirsty Bro Brewing Co. is an independent family owned full production microbrewery and tap room located in historic downtown Royse City, TEXAS! TBBC is not our hobby, and we take great pride in crafting awesome beer, using a variety of the finest hops, grain, and other ingredients to combine for fine tasting brews. We encourage Bros & Broettes to order from one of the local restaurants or bring your own food (BYOF). Relax and enjoy a cold brew in our tap room, watch a game, hang with your Bro’s & Bro-ette’s, listen to local live music and take a tour in our full production area. Husband and wife Terry and Catherine Gordon are first time commercial brewers who opened Thirsty Bro Brewing in Royse City. Calling their guests “bros and bro-ettes”, they aim to be that neighborhood taproom where everybody can say “cheers!” to one another and not be a stranger. Opened in March 2017, Thirsty Bro Brewing is the city’s first brewery. The brewery uses “the finest hops, grains, and other ingredients”. For extra thirsty bros and bro-ettes, there’s a 17oz Tankards Club. Members get access to a wide variety of beers and gluten-reduced selections”.
