The Municipal Court is located at 100 W Main Street, Royse City, Texas. The Municipal Court is a Court of Record, established in accordance with Chapter 30 of the Texas Government Code. The law requires that you appear in person or by mail or pay the fine and court costs on or before your court date. If you were issued a citation, you are required to appear within 15 days from the date you received the citation.
